We do this in my Sambo class :D You get used to it, pretty easy after a while, and it especially hurts your neck when doing neck exercises like bringing back and forth.

But after you get dropped on your neck and it doesn't hurt, you'll understand why you do it lol.

Fedor rules, MMA fighters are more rounded now so now guys are using their size to their advantage. Fedor is not a big guy, if he lost his gut, I think he could drop to 205 and that would be something to see, his power would be unmatched.

wow! Fedor's flexibility and dexterity is simply amazing! You can see how his head rolled around when he did the neck exercise. Flashbacks to Randleman slam and how Fedor's head was able to flex back becuase of his dexterity to prevent serious injury. Also why he is so good on the ground because of his flexibility as well as his quickness. combine all this with his intelligence and power, he's the best athlete to ever live.

He showed me that it is the best to stay calm an to hold your emotions back in an situation you not like and to relax and not to go straight forward with the fists or to start arguing but to try to be friendly. I learned from him that your life gets easyer and happyer if you stay calm and not acting like an gorilla. I want to thank you fedor. You are the best MMA fighter as a fighter and as a man
