Anyway RWD cars tire spin pulls the rear of the vehicle usually to the right at least on ever RWD car I've drove. If you tried to do this in the "Same Fashion" as the FWD car most likely you would push forward and slide ahead even with your tires pointed towards the curb. you would drive forwards into the spot then gun it.

Because when the guy does that^ he uses the hand or emergency brake. That brake isn't meant for that kind of pressure and if you end up doing it often enough then you'll eventually damage it without a doubt.

Yes, it's supposed to be able to do that, but your car isn't supposed to be moving in the first place. Your car doesn't move on it's own when it's in park. By doing stuff like that^ you're definitely putting on more pounds of pressure on the brake than you would during normal use.. so in turn the brake will wear a lot faster and you'll begin to run into problems alot sooner.
