if you can download a video on how to change the plastic screen (i dont know how you called it, here in venezuela we called it MICA) the protector that goes stuck on the top of the screen of a bold 9000 without breaking the screen? because I've heard it's very common to happen. Thanks

@AndreDr18 that top lens cover comes with the housing if you buy a new one, the video doesn't show it but it simply comes off and is secured behind the top housing

lint or other foreign gunk causes the ball not to track properly. Just like the rollerball on old computer mice.

Awesome. Used it to get rid of the typing issues I was having - instead of "a" was typing "uo". Bought a torque screw driver head for the 6 screws. Used a tooth brush and q-tip to get rid of the dirt. As good as new. Many thanks.

If you don't have the fancy little case opener you might find success by the corner of a thin plastic gift card. I think a guitar pick is a little to thick. My orange home depot gift card worked perfect.

Handy vid.....someday. You need a new editor though, those transition are just plain annoying and pointless. A simple cut or QUICK fade would do the job perfectly.
