The first roads in the US were built for bicycles, not cars you fool. Read the laws and history of the roads before you make claims that are untrue. Roads were initially meant for bikes, not cars. It is the unfortunate fact that everyone has become too lazy to ride that we need wider roads.

Actually a man was killed from a group of cyclists racing in Australia on a ride similar to the road rage only it wasn't legally organized.

It wasn't a race, it's a high speed bunch ride called the Hell Ride. Cars kill a hell of a lot more people than bikes EVER will.
