Budget Cuts in California Hurt Education

After interviewing dozens of Ca. grads for various positions at my companies I'm not impressed with the UC system in Ca. at all. What is always comical is the fact tha 99% of grads are "Honor Roll". Too funny...since 50% can hardly read or write any form of tech paper.

They aren't proposed cuts any more--they are reality. The state is going to run out of cash in a few weeks by July 4. That's like Custer's last stand taking place on the nation's first centennial. The voters are getting tired of hearing that children are our future. The future is going to be like a "Terminator" movie.

To educate a kid requires 2 things esp in CA: 1st of all it requires Taxes coming from property tax and state tax! No tax revenue = no education! 2nd, the people must value education; graduate high school & get into college to get a good job so they can pay taxes! Most Latinos do not value education, hence no job so .: they do not pay taxes, and not only that, Latinos put a burden on state by joining gangs, going on welfare, & going to jail .: wasting our tax revenue!

Latinos waste billions of dollars on education - look at LA Unified, it is a total failure, with 2/3 dropping out, joining gangs, and having 4 or 5 kids which will also drop out and be gang bangers. Wrong - I work in the private sector. The main reason why I never wanted to teach was of the UNIONS. I encountered them from being a TA and throughout my educational career trying to recruit me to join and garnish my wages for their dues.
