the hipocrisy is bad but that doesn't mean that you should pick out one side who is doing it because it is coming from all parts of the political spectrum

It's always easy for the other side not in power to point out things. The democrats are doing to the republicans what the republicans did to them. And the sad thing is, both sides are guilty of the things they are accused of. And it won't change until we the people decide to stop siding with one party or the other and start looking to the right candidate for the job. Not the just the person who is the most charismatic.

Get down to the point and simply say +90% of these earmarks are unconstitutional appropriations, period.

They are not "general" they are all extremely "specific" or "local".

"Traffic Light -Piedmont Road and Edmond Road, OK $95,000" - seriously 100k for a traffic light in the middle of nowhere,considering, when four speed limit signs of 25mph or less would suffice. Should we put a Starbucks there for you too?

"the other side of the isle"....Claire, your own party voted down the McCain Ammendment that would have eliminated much of the earmarks. Yesterday you tweeted how awkward it was to go against your leadership on that amendment. Why aren't you calling them out too?? The hypocrisy includes the majority party too. This isn't a partisan issue.

The POTUS, a member of your party, campaigned on not signing a bill with earmarks. Will he veto this bill? I doubt it.
