  • what story are you breaking? The non riots, the non fights, the non mayhem? or the fact that people in my neighborhood and all around the northside got together and helped eachother out no thanks to gawkers such as yourself. Way to be the first one there, you did absolutely nothing.

  • There was no rioting, fighting and for all practical purposes looting on the N. Side after this tornado event.

  • If you'd have kept your mouth shut during this video (I'm the first one, I'm breaking this story...) and not so blatantly fed the stereotypical LIES in your title, your video might have been a little more meaningful. There was exactly one report of looting late that night, and it had nothing to do with your video. There was NO rioting at all! You' drove in to the neighborhood with your little camera after the storm, all full of yourself, to video the damage and feed LIES about the North Side.

  • i live in the 30s it hit over here pretty haed to bro

  • Thanks for the info on the street, you guys. Now I am wondering how the progress with cleaning up the damage is going and if people are getting the help they so desperately need.

  • I would sawing up all the wood for an outdoor fire or for open fire cooking! Makes the best of thing's

  • your lucky you didn't anger the wrong people. You wouldn't get away with video taping certain parts of North Minneapolis on a nice day. As far as looting goes, that was at the Camden Liquor store. The scrappers were out taking stuff before people had a chance to find their own property.

  • @99silverstone At the liquor store on Penn and Broadway the owner was letting them take it, because it was a "write off", I cant say the same for the Camden Liquor store though.

  • I would be buying every chainsaw at Home Depot and Loews and hire all the local wetbacks. Sit back and make bank. If you dont do it some other fools will. Sorry for the loss but it sure will create alot of work for some. I really wouldnt do that, just sayin.

  • @RetroFishman Racism aside, you'd have lost every cent you put into that venture. Inspectors were all over the neighborhood checking licenses, and you would have been stopped, told to leave the area, and fined a few hundred bucks.

  • The tornado in Missouri seems to be getting all of the media attention. I haven't heard much of anything on the major networks about this one.

  • a riot??? lol funny thing is when disasters happen, it brings people CLOSER together and they tend to help eachother more! They make stronger bonds with their neighbours.

  • @wheelori814 Well, in some communities it brings people closer. In others, it's prime time for looting, fights, further destruction and general mayhem. I'm sure you can guess where one happens and where another happens. People from different cultures don't always do the same things in disasters, unfortunately.

  • @superbaron1 Tell us how you can guess which neighborhoods will do which? How? If you're trying to say something, then say it! There was no rioting in North Minneapolis. Your "looting, fights, further destruction and general mayhem" didn't happen, but your opinions and your evasiveness speak volumes.

  • @wheelori814 Yeah thats true it did bring the majority of us closer together the way things should've been in the first place.

  • @KARMABROWN well now that you have found that, dont lose that. Dont go back to the way it was, because things are just getting worse in this world and we will all need eachother soon enough! Get together with your neighbors and talk about this, not just this disaster, but the real possibility of how the world is going. Maybe have a couple days/nights per week where you all just get together to chat, have a bbq or two when you all get back on your feet!

  • @wheelori814 thats not whats going on there, there robbing each other.

  • @hillsidepm r u there? cuz someone else said they are closer now.

  • lol I thought you had said you are the first one on this site and your doing the breaking story, why didn't you interview people and tell their experience. you are too crazy!

  • @southernraven1969 You are right, absolutely no one deserves to lose their homes and livelihoods to something like this.

  • did you lose anything...?

  • This video doesn't show any fights or looting. Why are fights and looting in the title?

  • @happyrabo People exaggerate, Im not saying whoever made this video is one of them but no one was fighting, people we're taking shit out a few garages and what not and "some"of the liquor store owners were allowing people to take shit because its a write off. But the people in my community are not fighting each other. Maybe it says that in the title so more people would watch it, who knows

  • @Gamebanga I'm sure the babies and children in the area appreciate your kindness...

  • @Gamebanga you clearly stated that only 10% of the northside is good decent folks.. youre glad it got demolished... That doesnt sound nothing like what youre sayin now.. I read it clearly maybe you didnt think clearly when you put that shit up

  • @Gamebanga man u reallyneed a heart

  • @Gamebanga you old uncle tom ass nigga.. 90% gangster come on man a few bad apples spoil the bunch and you are gonna say youre glad that happened to all those decent folks that work for a living.. Come on son! all that pain and suffering they felt i hope it comes back to you but 10x harder.. 29 years old and act like a 9 year old.. fuck you with an HIV infected DICK!

  • I will pray for the people of North Minneapolis Andy... this looks to just as bad the the tonado that tore thorugh Tuscaloosa,Alabama.

  • HAARP at work demolishing the U.S.

    Another "natural" disaster.

  • Get up high some where so you can get a long view...find a roof or high spot

  • Reminds me of Cyclone Yassi damage here. Take care from the land down under

  • Pimpclub. You are a great journalist. Im sry to seebthis happen to n. Minnesota and as you asked we will pray for these people. Looks like they got lucky and no lives were lost right? The weather is just astounding since the sun started acting so violent. The Mississippi is so high its nuts.

Take care of yourself and your family. Hope all's well and God bless.

  • It was obviously a weak tornado , maybe an F1 , because most of the dame is uprooted trees or maybe it was very high winds during the storm !

  • @PREPAREORSUFFER I heard today on the Wx channel that they thought it might be rated EF1 or EF2, but that's not official yet.

  • could you say oh my god one more time please.

  • @VikingLady219 The video started off on Russell somewhere, I seen the street sign, im guessing in the 20's

  • @VikingLady219 hes on Russell and 21st

  • @VikingLady219 near russel is where it started out but almost all north minneapolis got hit...

  • @VikingLady219 if you read the sign it said N Russell Ave

  • I picture North Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Kansas with this type of weather not Minnesota.

  • @jimbobubbadj Manitoba got an EF5 tornado, I think it was in 2009. Town of Elie, Manitoba. Should be able to google that.

  • great job. these poor people its not like its bad enough out there. be careful of power lines.

  • Minnesooootans really do have accents :-p ya know?? I hope everyone's alright!

  • @iamericalan Nooo - it's all those other people that have accents! :-)

  • wow ... get the chainsaw that's next winter's heat laying on the ground!!!

  • @DigitalSkyline your mindless

  • @thoostorm4 Really? That's your comment?

  • @DigitalSkyline shut the fuck up, your ignorant as hell and so are the rest of the people that gave you the thumbs up.

  • @KARMABROWN Big words Mr Brown... internet tough guy huh? Look up the word ignorant, then look in the mirror and see the resemblance. I am being practical. What's your solution? Stand around waiting for the government to come clean up the mess? I know that's exactly what you'd do, just like the fools on that block, which is why your blessed city is in the state shit it is in, storm or no storm. It's the Ghetto, I guess I should expect more from you. Yeah right.

  • @DigitalSkyline Like I said your ignorant for cracking jokes, I've been volunteering since day 1 & by the way I'm not a man, how many men do you know name Karma? I don't wait on the government to do shit for me, I have 2 little girls, I'm a ft college student & I still make time to go to work, because thats what the majority of us on the North Side do. I'm not going to waste too much time responding back & forth with you but you better hope, wish & pray nothing bad happens to you or your family

  • @KARMABROWN Good for you, you addressed me without dropping the f bomb this time. Now, consider that it wasn't a JOKE. I actually heat my house with wood, can you even imagine that?If you really do what you claim, really I am very proud of you. I have 2 small children as well, and I spend a lot of time with a chainsaw cutting and chopping wood to heat my and my neighbors homes. For the record I grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, I get that whole environment, not many want to take responsibility.

  • @DigitalSkyline OMG! That is sooo darn funny!

  • @lotus1v funny??? wtf

  • Great job, amazing how your there that long and still no sirens. ............L&B

  • Uspimpclub reporting in from Minneapolis for CNN, BREAKING story! ;)
