Just sit on an object nearby, and you will go out, that work everytimes. If you are using Emerald Viewer this is a lot easier, just press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[P] for Phantom, and you will go out again..
@kamilfreeman if you actually read the description it would say Originally created for AECT 2008 presentation on dealing with griefing in Second Life. Posted for use with an AECT 2009 presentation.
Lawl. Unless there is a script that is built into the cage that sets the Sit Position of the cage, all you have to do is sit on it and hop off. :D And I'm sorry you had to pay for that, I got that a day into SL :D
