hey! Can you please tell me what brand and model this mixer is? I was looking at the KA ones, the delonghi, and the bosch but I'm still so lost. This looks like a REALLY sturdy mixer! Oh and where did you get it and for how much? Thanks!
@beautyblogs This mixer is the 7 quart Viking. We love it we use it almost everyday. We bought it online several years ago. I don't remember where, but you can find them just about any where.
You said not to let it rise over an hour. Why is that?

@Naviti7 Yeast gives your bread its lift, however if you let it rise too much you will lose your gluten and your bread will go flat and be very hard.

@zenawanabe It is actually 4 to 5 cups depending on how well the liquid is absorbed, if your dough is too wet add that extra cup.
