  • You said not to let it rise over an hour. Why is that?

  • @Naviti7 Yeast gives your bread its lift, however if you let it rise too much you will lose your gluten and your bread will go flat and be very hard.

  • hey! Can you please tell me what brand and model this mixer is? I was looking at the KA ones, the delonghi, and the bosch but I'm still so lost. This looks like a REALLY sturdy mixer! Oh and where did you get it and for how much? Thanks!

  • @beautyblogs This mixer is the 7 quart Viking. We love it we use it almost everyday. We bought it online several years ago. I don't remember where, but you can find them just about any where.

  • you said 5 cups of water but the notation said 4 cups. could you please verify for me. thanks.

  • @zenawanabe It is actually 4 to 5 cups depending on how well the liquid is absorbed, if your dough is too wet add that extra cup.

  • Why do you perfer the Viking over the Kitchenaid Stand mixer ?

  • @04Z06RACER They are both great machines! We just opted for the viking because it had the largest bowl at the time.

  • Is the temp C degrees or F degrees ?

  • @keg265 The temperatures are degrees F. Thanks for asking!
