SOUND ENGINER?.ONE THING its an enginier and another thing its fliping switches and knobs, all u do adjust the leves or sound and adjust them to a level that u think(because u r the one that are on the controls)its appropiate no only for the miusicians or the people or the speaker but to the equipment and u accomplish all of that by,moving connecting and flipping switches.for this work u do i said u are a SOUND ELECTRONIC OPERATOR.,and all u need its to read the instruccions of the equipment
@asmetuyasiempre you abviosly dont have any idea what being a sound engineer is, try doing ti your self, create a song from scratch add bass and drums and guitar and piano and try making that sound pro, no matter what speakers you put that song in make it sound good, thats not easy and you dont know what you're saying..
@asmetuyasiempre Not really you have to be able to lnow about acoustics like RT60 times ect. You need to know about analoge to digital conversion like quantisation, sampling and bit depth. Then on to the Digital to analoge process like 1 bit converters such as sigma delta converters. Theres quite abit involved it in mate but its a good job I enjoy. Worked with a few big british acts throughout the uk. You dont really do this for money you do it for the love of it.
@asmetuyasiempre Wow, dudeskie! Like the other guys have said: You make a mix for a band and have them like it. I'll guarantee you'll have the band pissed at you for a crappy mix...if a mix at all. The people that call themselves Audio Engineers usually have a better understanding of what's really going on besides pushing buttons and reading manuals. There's more than switch flippin'! It's called a passion! Spending hours of your life just getting one song to sound good...all by pushing buttons

hahah, the video is about sound engineering and the actual audio is distorting like crazy. Ironic.
Stanislav2588 11 months ago
@Stanislav2588 the clip is old, the quality is bad, convering the video made it worse, youtube strips away most of the tone... so maybe that's why!

this sounds more like a sound engineer tech. not an actual sound engineer.

Mixing is so much deeper than that...
It takes so much skill and understanding of how sound works...
