Hmm, you're apparently unaware of the fact that, by far and away, most private employers do not offer their employees company-funded pension plans. Not because they're greedy or mean, they simply cannot afford to. It would put them out of business.
Now, I have no problem with pensions or life-long health care for gov workers. Any such plans, however, need to be self-sustaining. Like it or not, Gov. Walker's bill will allow the development of fresh, sensible, workable plans.
