This is 100% totally hacked together (something something done is better than perfect; broken is better than nothing something something). The source is in the jar. It won't run standalone.

If you're getting "click to focus" and it won't focus, you need to restart your browser. The original minicraft has this problem too.

@VerbalProcessing @mark01318 Strange, You used to be able to save web page as complete and it would download the jar file too, aka play it offline/give you access to code for modding, but I can't seem to get it to work anymore. It also used to allow you to zoom in on the web page (ctrl mousewheel) and make it considerably bigger. Can't get that to work anymore either. My computer has been acting up though, might be worth someone else giving it a try.

It probably just uses the standard flash game cookie system to save your game. Most flash games will store cookies on your computer to keep your save file, which you can return to any time. I think. I've never made a flash game, but I believe that's how they did it... without looking it up or anything.

@Samurai0316 Cancel that... it's a java game, so that wouldn't make sense. It's probably something similar though.

java games I've played (such as Powder game by Danball) use a box with the script for the "save", I've never seen any other way of saveing with a java game that's online based (I say "online based" as in "does not have any data on your computer").

unfortunatly, due to the cookie based saving for flash, I can't keep a save if I have to delete annoying cookies because I have my laptop wipe ALL cookies. (ha facebook can't track meee! mwahahahahahaaaa!)

yes but the facebook one is a line of code within a list of lines of code.

a wipe of cookies is the only way I can be sure it's gone.

(also it keeps cookies I don't want from ads and other third-party software that's allowed on sites that even the actual site I'm on don't know about, I get very few viruses)
