What you fail to understand is Mac is now a unice (unix/linux based) and by default OSX beats windows hands down. With this being done there are only now four camps. Windows, Unix/Linux, OS/2, and Mainframe (which are by far the best type of comptuer out here). Now that Macs have intel chips this is more or less a OS battle not type of comptuer. Mac no longer use RISC chips...so go do your research since you are hard core Mac user.... have a nice day
I never said that I was a hard core mac user. I happen to own one but that is it. You are the perfect kind of person to respond in such a fanboy like fashion. There is no "by default" better, to say so is to reek of fanboyism. Even your mighty OSX has its faults, as do all operating systems and I admit that without question. The fact is that I can build a cheaper windows based PC and be just as capable as a OSX based Mac. Dollar for dollar I get more value out of PCs. That was my point.
Then again, if the tone of your message was not overly negative don't think to much on these replies. I noticed that you subscribed and I hope that calling you a fanboy isn't too much, thanks for the info.
