Running around in a circle helps you not get shot with a direct lock on by incoming enemy. Try it, it works. Especially in close games when you need that extra time to cap a B flag.

Playing split-screen is a disadvantage right away, ive tried it to see how bad it is and trust me its impossible with the mix of sound coming from both players. Im so anti-splitscreen I leave the game when I have a pair of them in my team, its like being -2 players on my team, or sometimes worse - 2 easy kills for the other team.
