you are phenomenal. I never thought i'd find anything as magical as this. Tori's song and your great talent would do the world good in the future. I really adore you, man. :)
Hi. Recent subscriber here. Love your Tori Amos videos. Excellent job. I am shopping around for a decent 88 key keyboard right now (any suggestions?) Took about 1 year as a kid but quit-- now regret it!!!! I want to learn Tori songs too. Will use your tutorials for the riffs!! Can't wait for her new CD in September
@rji69 My favorite brand is Roland but both that I've had are phenomenally difficult to play. For better or worse, it's a very sensitive instrument so it gives you great latitude for phrasing and dynamics, but it's highly unforgiving and takes a lot of focus to not make a mistake. I like it because it is the pioneer for world class synth and instrumental sounds. It's also a mini-studio. The right keyboard for you depends on your price range and other factors.
@rji69 Yamaha is a strong brand which leaves a good impression on me. They always strike a good balance with their sounds between sounding accurate and sounding good. Sometimes perfectly sampled sounds just don't sound good. And conversely, some sounds that are nice to hear are inaccurate. I am leaning towards Yamaha which is great for beginners and experts alike.
