"My brotha from anotha motha", and a man who is also over 40 and STILL rockin' it, I wonder if you can design some workouts that are strictly bodyweight, no weights or "toys" at all? This is for those of us who don't own dumbbells and won't pay for a gym membership! Thanks!

Wow, those excercises are awesome, but now I have a question, I have years watching different videos from a lot of "personal trainers" and of course all of you guys say that this or that routine is the perfect one, , that I'll need only this one to have a perfect abs, chest, back, whatever and as a proof you show pictures of yourselves before and after, my question is,
i did that and my arms started feeling like they were going to collapse however i lift weights, but i was wondering if there any exercises to do to help it so this dont happen
@themasterglitch12 Hey themasterglitch, thanks for your question. These exercises are much different from tradition weight training because more muscles are being utilized with each exercise...Because you have not been training like this in the past, I am sure there are a lot of muscles in your body that don't get worked as much as they would with these exercises. The best way to get better at this exercise is to keep doing these types of movements and you will get stronger.
@k2spider - Hey Spider, check out the the rapid abs workout system and it will give you all the info on when to do the workouts etc...you can do this specific workout 2x per week...also look at my spartacusworkout website for a free 4 week program
