So I blow up the rocks blocking the cave and its got the things in it that has the eyes that shoot lasers at you. I remember I was stuck on that part and then finally found it out. If th room you're talking about has little black spike things that move and the room's mostly grey than all you have to do is find the ladder at the end of the room. After that climb the ladder and then jump onto the pillar with the bomb flower on it, pick up the bomb flower and then you have to get your timing just right and throw the bomb flower at the rock like wall. Then you can proceed with the game.I hope this info helps!

I would always go down to the local shopping center and the toys shop, they would have this playing outside locked away in their walls with only a controller sticking out lol. i get really sick of telling people this, its because # 1 its a speedrun and taking heart pieces goes through a message that takes time, #2 he's a pro and doesnt need them, and #3, he's focusing on something other than 1/4 of a heart piece. His speedrun is too important to get sidetracked by that and just because he doesn't get it doesnt make him gay.

he skipped half the forest temple didn't even do the fire or water temple and everything is out of order

The reason he skipped the Fire and Water temple is because you don't necessarily need to complete them. Normally if you beat the first 3 temples, you trigger a cut scene that lets you get into the shadow temple, but if you use glitches to get in, you can beat that temple and then the spirit temple and the game thinks you've beaten them all. He got the arrows from the forest temple because you need them to use the light arrows and defeat Ganon. No cheating, just glitches.
