look ya try to type the first letter of your login ID in caps it worked for me

Try to type the first letter in your login id by Caps see if it works

hey... so ok i open my archlord on a pc and it works and all but the grafics and backrounds for char selecting and log in are gone and when i play eavry thing is gone besides the enemys and the ppl thay are all gray what do i do?!?!?!?! some one plz help me!! asap

i did that adn it still dosent work 95 percent of the time it freezes when downloading patches and the other 5%  the connection failes after i sign in
