A little help, I installed the nvtextures, changed path of "Textures" to "NVTextures" under [Core.System] and installed the hotfix updates,and the kentieDX10, but the graphics did not improve.

Had problems with the older Dx10 renderer...but thats past with the latest release.

I haven't installed New Vision yet, installing the entire game and New Vision very shortly this morning, but I've just read in a moders notes that you may need to update your OpenGL Renderer to 2.0 for installing the graphics enhancements, try that, it seems to be what's causing your Direct 3D error.

Deus Ex - Ultra High Quality Mod with enb has normalmaps , it is almost pathetic that nobody remakes the characters and animations. I don't get why black mesa is in the making and DX is not getting such mod attention.

Black Mesa just mods an existing shooter engine for a shooter. They don´t need to worry about an AI or the skill levels- all the things that make DX so special make it hard to recreate it.
