"The money power preys on the nation in times of peace, and conspires against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. It denounces, as public enemies, all who question its methods or throw light upon its crimes." - Abraham Lincoln
"Charge in"? Unfortunately that sounds like something that would get you thrown in jail.
I disagree. Civil Disobedience is more effective when it is not criminal. Refusal to pay credit bills is a civil matter, not criminal. They have to go to court and get a judgment against you to collect, and you can defeat them if you learn how. I did. If I can do it, you can do it.
"I read your book!!!" ....and it was quite good, although I'm surprised Citibank put up as much of a fight as they did. I just won my last lawsuit as a defendant, and am preparing for one more.
That's extremely interesting to learn, bwpenoyer. My best guess is that the Citibank attorney took a personal interest in trying to defeat me - sort of a grudge match.
I had a series of extremely heated debates on quatloos (.) com about the Fed, the creation of money out of thin air, and the stealthy "tax" of inflation on the American people. I think I may have been especially targeted. One of the quatlosers ("Demosthenes") is an undercover informant whom I exposed. It got NASTY.
What good are the Tea Parties doing now? The news media has stopped talking about them. Congress and the banking system don't give a flying fig about Tea Parties.
YES to Civil Disobedience. Stop using major bank credit cards, stop paying on them, stop buying into the credit and credit report trap, and move your checking and savings and IRA accounts to a Credit Union.
Presidents who stand up to the banking system get assassinated - prime example, JFK, who was about to restore hard currency to the USA in the form of a new Silver Certificate. After JFK's assassination, the Silver Certificate was eliminated again.
I have your book and Richard Cornforth's. They are both fabulous. Your recommendations are outstanding. So much so, my attorney is now buying the books. I think he sees the future is in debtors defense.
Ron Paul: "They (the Federal Reserve) have to get rid of the debt. You have to get rid of debt when you get bogged down like this, and we're not gonna pay it off. It has to be liquidated. Governments liquidate it by creating bad money, and paying it off with bad money."
The video that I was commenting on and in which I heard Ron Paul deliver the above quoted statement was removed within 12 hours of being posted... supposedly "due to terms of use violation".
WHY, when hundreds - THOUSANDS - of OTHER videos are all over youtube that are posted segments of televised news broadcasts?
It had a comment thread that was heating up, with posted telephone numbers of Congressmen like Barney Frank so that people could call and pressure them to move on HR 1207.
The PTB wrote laws that they never expected the slaves to find a way around.

We need to encourage people to start civil disobediance against goverment, and reject government laws being unfair.
We also need to start Tea Party Protest.

Outstanding. I'm happy to learn that more people are realizing that we can stand up against these usurious banking institutions and WIN.
