could be aiden cause of the hand but two second later we see someone with blond hair and a jacket like the one ned been wearing lately fade away and it be weird to kill aiden now seeing how he a new character who so deeply rooted in the shadows storyline.

look closely at the little hand Melindas holding in 0:07 you'll see its a small hand. I paused it and it looks like Aidans hand. So I think its Aidan who dies in the episode.
