They talk a great deal on this show about how there has 'never been a female biggest loser'. Maybe not in Australia, but the UK version was won by Jodie Prenger in 2006.

Hmmm. I don't think women have to lose as much weight as men to show that we are "strong " and "in control of our lives". It's just biology. Women are meant to have higher % body fat than men, for procreation and for our body shape - no matter how "strong" and "in control" we are, we aren't men and we shouldn't want to be.

Adro is an exaggerator. I liked him, but he was always an exaggerator. Nobody "stole" his dream. His winning the first season really went to his head.

The older woman from Series 1 seems to be a bit bitter about something. There's a bite to her when she speaks to and about the chap called Wal.

thats bull there have been people that lost more then him (SHANE) that deserved the second chance more just goes to show u reality tv is staged he talks about the pain of his elimination but all the while he backstabbed Shane to get where he is. i never liked him he bitched like a little babby over Jilllians methods and then viciously tripped up a hreat that was also a friend of his beofre the final.
