Compare this episode with recent ones from this decade. COMPLETELY different! I like how the old cops work, they know what to expect and they know that no one wants to deal with this bullshit. While a slap on the wrist for buying weed would never happen these days, it's nice to see some straight forward cops who want to talk instead of slam you into the back of their car.
The Policeman left the door open in an attempt to show Henry,that he trusted him. As for the Hooker, well hell the Police were already pissed-off that Henry made-em chase after him & they couldn't beat the fuck outta him on film. So when she started in with her mouth & attitude they just rushed her ass. But in all actuality the Cop was trying to be cool with Henry
when my dad first became a cop back in the 80's i thought he was bull shiting me about cops carrying nunchucks but now i believe him. lmfao. and when the other officer pulled the girls out of the car a slamed her in to the police car and said cuff her then said can you cuff her god damit i lost it that was fucking awsome. you talk like that today on camra and you will written up or fired.
@auscalt Back in the day alot of cops carried them and were trained with them. They are actually a pretty good prisoner control tool. And nobody want to step into a whirling mass of flying wood.
@auscalt - We carried then for awhile in the 80's and were trained to use them as much for control as an impact weapon. Personally never cared for them and prefered the PR24 baton although the Tazer is by far the best non-lethal around.
@FireSarge30 It's "less than lethal" not "non lethal".. in fact the main company that produces them has come out and said that tazers should not be shot at people above the waste after finding that death by cop increases by 300% in the first 6 months that a department starts to use them. Also the supreme court ruled they are supposed to only be used in situations where you would use a gun.. they are to be used in place of deadly force. Not for compliance as per the supreme court. just fyi
