Damon did basically EVERYTHING in this episode. Do NOT say Damon is selfish...he admitted he loved Elena, compelled her to forget, and let her go to be w/ Stefan. THAT is one of the most SELFLESS things he did. Stefan is totally afraid to challenge Elena like Damon does, because he's insecure about their relationship. End rant.

@jasminchannel im not really sure about the end part, but Klaus found out that Damon was trying to stop the ritual , so he "killed" him but somehow he came back to life :$. For the ritual, Klaus needs a vampire, a werewolf, a witch and the doppleganger. He had Elena, and captured Caroline and Tyler to use for the ritual but Damon saved them and heled them escape. But Klaus told Damon that he must always have a backplan. So now for the ritual he's using Jules and turned Jenna into a vampire :o

As far as I know it has to be human blood. When Katherine became a vampire she was no longer useful to him. As for why he's using a different vampire, I'm pretty sure that it's because he wants to torture her some more. He said before that he has 500 years worth of torture to make up for and killing her now would be being kind to Katherine.

Damon Nuuuuu!!!) and therefore turned Jenna into a vampire for his ritual. The episode ends with Damon realizing that he was bitten. (My guess is that they will use the "elixir of resurrection" given by Elijah to save Damon).

Love this show with all my heart... but honestly, I'm not sure if either Stefan or Damon are right for Elena. There was never any build-up with Stefan, and Damon (in my opinion) is just wrong for her in every which way. I just can't see them together...
