  • Wow, you are doing so great, 24 lbs lost! Glad to see you doing a lot of walking. That helps so much. I still need to do a 5k race. I started out only walking as well and then gradually started slowly adding intermittant jogging into my walks. Eventually you will be able to do the whole 5k just jogging. It does take time though but you can definitely do it. Keep up the good work.
