  • Rakim is a great human being, not just an excellent artist. Confident and humble at the same time. For the young ones out there, there is a lot to learn from this man. Good interview.

  • Agreed! No need to brag when the whole world knows you're number 1.

  • That's the God right there.

  • T.O. From White Plains New York Top 5 Emcees...Rakim Kool G Rap KrsOne Guru LL COOL J

  • thats all good and fair enough but you need to learn how to spell Nas.

  • i dnt get why ppl like krs1 so much

  • Obviously you are not a fan of TRUE HIP HOP

  • if you're going for lyrics only, you forgot ll cool j, slick rick, jay-z, andre 3000,

  • If you are speaking about the Ten in that list. Jay-z would place between Nas and Big Daddy Kane, LL between Caz and Kool Moe Dee. Andre 3000 is in the top 30.Slick rick in the Top 20.

  • My top 5 emcees:

    1-Big L

    2-Canibus

    3-Rakim

    4-Kool G Rap

    5-Big Punisher

  • Great interview. RAKIM is like the "Miles Davis" of hip hop. 100% cool

  • Great analogy, Rakim is indeed the Miles Davis of hip hop. 100% real, 100% talent.

Paid in Full is a classic record.
