I love this place! Just saw this clip on tv. Really sucks that it burned down, I hope they plan to rebuild!

i worked there for a while before i had to move alot of good memories there coolest place in the world to work it burnd down and i almost cried that place is more than just a place to eat if yout from the gulf coast

would you guys stop arguing about ribs, its not over or undercooked, its personal preference, just like steak someone might like medium rare and another well done

The only problem I see is that ribs shouldn't be falling off the bone like that. It's overcooked.

@H0VA No you don't.That means they're overcooked. You want to take a bite, and have the slightest resistance before they come off.

@PUNKem733 its not over cooked because the slow cooking breaks down the conective tissue holding the meat to the bone.
