I annoys me that he refers to mining the back & proxy strategies as 'cheese' - it implies that he disapproves of them. All strategies are legitimate unless you want to say the game is imbalanced, that's not usually the kind of talk you hear from good players.

There are some strategies/tactics which are considered cheap by almost everybody. For instance, it is an illegal move in most tourneys to lift a terran building and float them above a missile turret.

True, but the kind of things that are illegal are always little things like that.

If something is not illegal, you should be able to play it without people calling it a cheese strategy.

Great game, great commentary.

I felt Striker was in it for so long only because of the huge mistake Orion made losing those reavers when he had striker's army on the run. He got way too close with them and i definintely thought it was a huge mistake as opposed to a great snipe as Cholera suggested.

Either way, great back and forth game from great (for amateur level) players and a great commentary as always, Cholera.

I don't think that zerg mid game hydra attack that took down the nexus was as good as cholera made it seem. He took out a nexus and a few high templar but thats pretty much it, and he lost his entire force of hydras. Doesn't seem like that good a trade to me.

Yeah, Orion was standing in for another player, so he played the other player's race.

His main race is Zerg.

His Protoss is quite scary too, though.
