If I can refill one off a 20 lb tank, I would totally get one.. I believe that the canisters say nonrefillable. It is a much bigger waste to throw away the cylinders tho.
ya this is dumb. i doubt that they could get any lawn care company to use propane powered equipment. its way to expensive and i doubt most homeowners use more than a gallon of 2 stroke gas a year anyways
ok just buy the adapter so you can refill them off of your 20lb tank from your gas grill. theyre $20 anywhere. kind of nice not to have to store gasoline...
I'm talking carbon footprint here, look it up and get a clue. LP places do not refill the small bottles...Give it a shot sometime. Also besides the energy it takes to ship and manufacture, how much more energy does it take to drive to a designated place to throw the thing away? And how much to recycle. Think about it..makes you wonder.
This has to be the dumbest shit I have ever seen for city wankers! This is a totally inefficient way to provide a fuel source, and creates waste when the cylinders are done. If an analysis of the energy it takes to manufacture and ship each cylinder I'm sure that you could the comparison would be less eco-friendly than using regular old gasoline.
Wow looks like a great trimmer :)
