I know someone got screwed by jiffylube, jiffylube put different fluids in the powersteering and brake fluid reservoir. Now the car needs 5,000 dollars repair for a total brake system and powersteering system change because both systems fluid are contaminated. Thats a lot of damage. Now that person is hoping that the insurance can take care of the car and hoping the insurance can come after Jiffylube. This is a horrible story and everybody should be aware.

we show our air filters to all the customers. but we dont reccommend them to all the customers. and most of the times we reccomend other services is because its reccomended by ur manufacturer or we really see that u need it. yes we do get happy when we make a high ticket.. more than just the regular service.. thats only cuz most ppl come in hard headed sayin they only wanna pay for oil change and when we sell more our average goes up which means we get more hours but theres no commissions.
