  • * HELP *

Should I sell my canon 50D and buy either:

    A canon 1D mkiv or a canon 5D ?

    [please someone reply]

  • @08CJ11 depends on your needs and budget

  • Hi one thing im quite bothered. If i buy 1D mk4 then since i got 24-70 L lens and a 70-200L lens from my current camera which are all compatible to the 1D what lens can you advice after 24-70 since 1D mk 4 only uses EF lenses. really need your help coz i dont like to use 3rd party lens (Sigma 12-24mm; Tamron SP AF10-24mm; Tamron SP AF10-24mm) thanks

  • 6:26 you see the steadycam operator in the mirror :O Very informative video otherwise thanks! :D

  • @ThreeCrewOne Yes - I wanted to prove to you it was a 1D :P

  • @FilmmakerIQcom Well its to dark and out of focus to be able to tell what kind of camera it is anyways :P

  • @ThreeCrewOne

Well at least you could tell it wasn't a RED or something like that... don't worry, I have a couple more takes of that and I'll cut away before you see the kibitzer in the mirror.

  • wow that is some ugly aliasing/film moire at 6:02... the low light is indeed very impressive tho

  • amazing.

  • I'd like to know how this compares to the 7D.

  • @SivartAlappes

The way the Canon numbering works - the 1d is the flagship, then the 5d, then the 7d, then the T2i (or 550d). I only have limited experience with the 7d - you'll get more noise at extreme low light with the 7d than the 5d and the 1d beats them all out.

  • nights ARE strong though.
