i really like the videos of this game, the gameplay seems really solid, but is it really good? i've been thinking of buying it, and i like rpgs, so should i get this one? i ask because i noticed you reply, he, so, just waiting for your opinion, because no one i know has played this game
Yes this game is one of those sleeper hits. Played the demo and it was awesome.......i also heard it has a good storyline. i'm gonna grab myself a copy of the pretty soon!! =D
There aren't too many video games like this anymore!!!!
@KeybladeHero01 Oh, definitely. Sega Wow has always made great games, so it isn't really a surprise that Valkyria Chronicles is as good as it is. I don't think the studio gets the recognition it deserves most of the time.
In regards to the game itself, I should warn you that it has a steep learning curve and requires a bit of patience. The story is solid, but you should realize that it has a lot of Japanese stereotypes. The gameplay is quite excellent, though. :D
it is an awesome game I don't own a PS3 but my friend does and I played it for awhile and I loved it. I Recomend it to any RPG/strategy fans.

@imalazybastard I think it's an excellent game. It's my favorite game of this console generation so far.
If you like RPGs, then you'll probably love Valkyria Chronicles. It's a nice hybrid between turn-based and real-time combat.

I'm definitely going to get this game. Reminds me of Final Fantasy Tactics, which was great.
