You lost me at the point where you thought it was appropriate to have an image of a handgun being fired to illustrate your point. How is that relevant or appropriate in a self help video?
If you go back and listen to what I'm saying about how motivation is created, you should get the point. Motivation is created when we BELIEVE that hour highly valued criteria (what is most important to us) is in jeopardy unless we change our behavior. Listen to the narrative and watch the images, which illustrate the point.
I understand the point you are making. The point would have worked just as well without showing an image of a handgun being fired - perhaps that's just me coming from a country that doesn't have such a lax attitude to gun culture.... Still don't think it's an appropriate image to have in a self help, hypnosis video about weightloss.

After watching these 4 videos, my confidence in not giving in to appetite increased greatly. The idea of imagining yourself doing the same thing without food as your medium is great and i am using it often and it has saved me from eating excess food. Thank you for your videos

This is priceless. This video series has helped me a lot already. I was able to stop at the refrigerator door and not eat a snack two nights ago.
It was a small victory, but I know there will be a big payoff later when I go shopping at Talbots.
