question; You are using a 1.90mm Ultra Clear Lens. Will this glass, touch the terralux tle-300m-ex ? Because there is also a 2.84mm thick glass lens.

And, do I have to remove anything if I install the 2.84mm glass? (things like the rubber o-ring)

@kjongeling The 1.90mm UCL does not touch the glass and works well with the thicker o-ring that is supplied with the TLE-300M-EX. With the 2.84mm you would keep the original o-ring in place; however there may be a small gap between the head and bezel.

1 hour + on full brightness mode. This adaptor has now been replaced with the 2D to 18650 (also 1 hour +).

my new terralux TLE-300m-EX has just arrived, in the box brand new and it all fits but one LED is considerably brighter in full mode than the other two, I think the other two are only working on moon and half modes!

Please can someone tell me why?

You can get the 2D to 6AA Battery Adaptor from OscarDelta SPD. There is also a 2D to 18650 Battery Adaptor available both will work with the TerraLUX ® TLE-300M-EX MiniStar30M-EX - TheTorchSite can supply XcapeCap custom parts for the Maglite
