  • I have been doing this for about 2-3 years now and im starting to feel the energy flow around my body randomly at certain times in the day

  • i have a strong sleeping problem..i am a little experience in chi,i feel the magnet when i close my hands together and feel my palm a little hot when i move them around in the right way(i think i am)...is there anyway i could learn good meditation for my sleep disorder

  • belief is trusting without knowing, really qigong works weather you believe it or not, The taoism(all the isms) was the mental vibration that made it possible to recieve the exercise, they were created to HELP MONKS MEDITATE. just for that you should be thankful for their knowledge. dont believe anything its better to KNOW. its not a belief system thats a "western" philosophy which does not exist other places

    Observe a children sleeps, for exemple.

    I was surprised by just how calm my mind became after this 3minute Qi Gong form.

    I'll definitely recommend this to my work colleagues and friends.
