Really soulfull and moving, I went to a symposium a few years ago on Twin Peaks at the Arts Centre in London and met the designer sfterwards and asked the enivitable... so who did kill Laura? , I guessed and was right (-: Wish more movies were like this series.

this song has a feeling of sadness and but at the same time it's a beautiful piece, if you listen 'go' by moby which contains elements of this song you can find some kind of a sad feeling but as the song grows up is charged with hope and optimism

I love the sound of the piano on 0:15-0:27 best. One note especially just flips my brain in a hypnotic mood. I saw Angelo Badalamenti in one document playing the theme and he just nailed it perfectly and at the same time! talked about it to the camera. It was just freaking impossibly perfectly executed live on camera i haven´t heard any musician ever recreating a piece so perfectly.

I think this should've been used in the ending credits for at least one episode of Twin Peaks. Instead of the Homecoming photo and the more dramatic music, have this shot of Laura and this music, it's almost like a lullaby, I love it so much.
