@MrEddieLarge Hi MrEddieLarge thanks very much for your comment. I feel exactly the same, I really like the ATR. Thanks again and glad you enjoyed watching.
i flew in the atr-42 "EI-CVR" my see was on the other side of where the panel was replaced, the inner design was diffrent from the rest of the plane lmao
@jbingham615 Hello jbingham615 thanks for taking time to watch my video and for commenting. I saw CVR yesterday and noticed a replacement panel. I guess you mean that the inside of the panel was in a different colour scheme lol!?
Super vid, I love the ATR, both 42 and 72 model. It is my favourite A/C to fly on FSX. I regularly travel to my home in Donegal and am 5 minutes from Donegal airport, Carrickfin(EIDL) and love to watch Aer Arann arrive and depart, I will put up a take-off vid soon. Well edited bananaman.
Thanks very much ManxyBoy1, I too have travelled with Aer Arann a good number of times. I always enjoy the flights. I hope you carry on travelling with them and enjoying your flights.
yeah I live in Dublin and I usually travel with them to the Isle of Man because I have lots of relatives there, but I have also travelled to Kerry and Sligo, have you ever been to the Isle of Man?
Hi ManxyBoy1 Aer Arann fly from London City to Isle of Man but I've never been, I tend to fly Galway/Dublin have also done Galway/Cork and Luton Galway. Is Isle of Man a nice place to visit?
Oh it's beautiful, I recommend it a lot. There are a lot of historic attractions. And their Ferry company and s the oldest operating ferry operator in the world (it operates to Dublin in summer) and the Isle of Man parliament is the oldest parliament in the world. It has also lovely attractive towns and villages, the crime level is very low and everything you need is at your service, and with a maximum of 30 minutes to drive. I personally would move to live there if I had it my way.
also there are great atvantage points for filming aircraft, there are big windows from the terminal building before and after security checks and also other great points outside the terminal
Thanks a lot ManxyBoy1, Isle of Man really does sound like a nice place. It's funny what you say about moving there if you had the opportunity, I feel like that about Galway. I'll definitely have a look into IOM as a place to visit. Thanks again for your comments.
Hi globespan767 another really encouraging comment, thank you. In answer to your question, Yes, I did use a Tripod and always try to. When travelling I use a Sony Tripod - I genuinely don't have the model no. with me, but it was about £120 and has a Lanc controller on the handle which is useful - sorry i can't be more helpful right now
Hi Locker10a, thanks for your comment. I've got just over 20 videos here on Youtube at the moment. I'm film aircraft a fair bit so I'm sure I'll have some new videos soon. Thanks again
Thanks very much Michael, best wishes for you and your organisation, a very worthy endevour. If you would like to link one of your videos to this I am more than happy to approve. Thanks again, Dave
Hi fosky075, thanks very much for your comment, am happy you liked the video. I'm hoping it gives an insight into what to expect when flying on an ATR - the sights and sounds. Thanks again.
