  • haha how do you like that fuckaah?

  • I don t know . That guy was on lie detectors many times before . And everybody knows you can fuck with it , when you ve got some practice .

But i think the last one question was manipulated - who want to donate 1million $

  • 10:58 you're welcome.

  • THAT officially made his life worse.

  • Every other questions were true, everything he said was true. That one question he got false. Its either he was lying, but that wouldn't make sense with all the other questions that he answered true. How could he have proof that he was abducted and then it said he wasn't? Or its either that he forgot the date and was abducted the day before or after. LOL. idk.

  • @sango1789 I don't remember any previous questions directly being about whether he really was abducted or not. It was all like were you drinking, do you wish it was someone else, do you think there is evidence, do you think there's a coverup etc

  • @Nemesis000000 Yeah but the guest said "Do you have proof that you were abducted" Or whatever, and he said yes and that question was true. It just doesn't make any sense...

  • @sango1789 That just means he believes there is evidence. What he described is not sufficient evidence. Deep down he can believe there is evidence while very deep down knowing it's not true.

  • I think he was telling the truth!!! :O

  • @Tuvnomoper hey idiot, UFO - unidentified flying object ... not alien space craft.. He could have seen anything now knowing what it was.. He was lying. If he was abducted, smart people here.. what did the aliens do... drop him off on his front porch with some post cars? Obviously he wasn't. Be realistic people. If there were aliens among us we would see them.. stop being idiots. His story is not true.

  • how come the lie detector says false on last question when he got it right on question:

"do you believe that it is possible that your entire abduction experience may have been a hallucination" (video 1)

if he doesn't believe it's a hallucination -- then it must be right (according to him).

OR....maybe when the question was asked "do you believe that it is possible that your entire abduction..." he said NO it may not have been a hallucination because the whole story was a lie....

  • I watched fire in the sky when I was a kid

  • Some of you guys are not much rational about this. Since his last answer was termed false by the show, it shouldnt be taken for granted, TV is rigged bullshit, it's a government cover-up. You claim that lie detectors aren't quite reliable. This means that if his answer would have been termed "true" by the show, it wouldn't mean anything anyway, since TV is rigged, there's a government cover-up, LDs arent reliable...

  • I'm honestly surprised the surprise guest wasn't one of the aliens who abducted him.

  • he looks uncomfortable talking about the story... i think hes lying... blinking more than usual, looking to the left more often. all signs for lying.

  • If he never got abducted by aliens, then why did it ruin his life? he could have been happy all those years if he wasnt abducted and was soaking in the fame. also it said he saw a ufo and that was true... so you tell me

  • US government is just covering. they have the power

they have way to many things that they covering right now.

he said he saw the ufo an its true so....

  • Another explanation could be that he has heard from so many people that he was just kidding himself that he eventually started to believe them. Or more precisely: He started doubting his own memory. However, what is really interesting is that six other people witnessed his abduction.

I think the real conclusion is that something happened to him, while witnessed by 6 others, but what it was remains unknown.

  • @iDopeFreshness I agree

  • The mind's complexity is truly amazing, a lie can become one's reality given a certain amount of time. Denying the posibility that he simply started to believe himself is no better than simply dismissing his story. I for one, will always choose the most reasonable explanation, and being abducted by a cliche spaceship and having a conspiracy cover up the evidence seems more far-fetched than a man suffering from a scientifically proven condition. Although i don't deny that there's room for doubt.

  • The truth is im a sceptic and an atheist, a man of science. It's also mathematically likely that there's life somewhere in the hundreds of billions of galaxies out there.

This however, is in no way proof of the existance of life and ufo's. When he was asked if he drank the night of the abduction he answered the truth, he did not drink BUT the veracity of the abduction was never questioned until later on. I believe this man's story is in fact just a story.

  • @arzolezzi08 I agree with u, Especially that people lie to their self all the time. Some time, those lies do set in and become a permanent personality where the person forget that it was a lie.

  • Fucking audience are the same from The Maury show

  • Thats bullshit! the stupied fucking government. Now this man Is going to go around looking like a crazy person. The government made it say false. fucking bastards

  • Gâteau ducking show on the planet lol fucking dumb how can people truly believe this bullshit.

  • I would have said no, then go on to explain no I was not taken by a UFO, i was takin by an alien space ship.

  • The only reason it said false is because of government cover up.

  • @iDopeFreshness indeed

  • rigged!

  • how could it say false that he wasnt abducted but yet the answer was right for saying he didnt drink on the night he was abducted

  • the most amazing eposiode

  • :0 Shocking

  • Show is rigged... Hands down.

  • what a load of utter bullshit! something not right, travis was done like a kipper! he passed all the tests hes had b4,then goes on this crap game show & gets a fail......they stitched him up! government cover up!

  • So how again does all the crew pass polygraphs as well as Travis when it happened as well as Travis pass all the other questions on this show and fail the question that is the foundation for all the other passed questions? Yes, something does smell fishing as far as how that last question showed a fail...very suspicious indeed.

  • He already passed real polygraph(lie-detector) tests. This means nothing. This show is fake. Its just a gameshow. He actually should have known better then to be on this show. It is set up to ruin peoples lives. Or at least make them look like liars.

  • @27thepusher Polygraph tests mean nothing also my friend. That's why our court system does not accept the results as factual evidence. A polygraph tracks how the person's heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate and electrodermal activity change during a time frame when a question is asked. (aka stress) It does NOT substantiate a factual certainty. Poly's can be beaten easily. And if one believes a certain answer is true regardless of the factual evidence, the answer will appear to pass.

  • @Frostsage I understand the dynamics of a polygraph. The courts do not directly use the polygraph but the police do. They use them to back people into a corner. Thats why no one should ever agree to take one.

  • This a fucking gameshow that turned into a debate about the reality of UFOs. Stupid shit. If I was Travis I would kill that piece of shit.

  • Fuck that dick from skeptic magazine. Standing there with his smug grin. Mutherfucker.

  • I would like to point one thing out. Think about the ramifications if they didnt make it 'false'. If they let it be true, then two things will happen. 1) Polygraph would lose ALOT of credibility in accuracy because ppl will refuse to believe he was abducted 2) The show would lose credibility because people that do NOT believe in this stuff will no longer watch their show. Seriously, this show is a joke.

  • goddamn that audience is fucking annoying..

  • Ha another ruse by Fox that says "Hey look at me!"

  • Sometimes those polygraph things are wrong , so I mean you can't always trust them .

  • Only reason it was false was because he wasnt ABDUCTED, the Aliens didnt take him anywhere!

  • The game show can just press a button and put this guy to shame!

  • @jessegoirn its not the same thing. i could say i believe i walked on water it doesnt mean i actually walked on water

  • @nitemare241 But if it is true that you think you walked on water and the next question was did you walk on water. How can it be false? Doesn't mean you did but this is just a lie detector not a truth detector so you thinking you did is the same questions to did you. Fuck this show its a scam and I don't believe in ufos but its interesting.

  • well if the government is covering up for this kind of thing like they asked in a previous question then they most certainly wont let this guy be completely truthfull on a national game show.

  • @aligee888 Thats why he lost.

  • @pinkstella69

They said there was a film based on his story in the video... -__-

  • didn't they make a movie based on his story?

  • of course the faggot wasn't abducted because there's no such thing as a UFO because there is no extra terrestial evolved life yet ! STUPID CUNTS !

  • @rockstarrist lol youre the most fucking retarded person ever, we may not have proof but obviously theres life whats the chance of there not.

  • @awsomeking5 You will make your decision because people make noises?

  • @awsomeking5 Read what you just wrote.

  • Such crap -smh...Answers first set of questions correctly. Then all of the sudden for ratings, last question plays him to be decptive. Six other guys tell the same story he does, waltons story has not changed once. The police gave him a lie detecters test in 1975, trying to disprove him. Then periodically he's had many through years. Even seen hypnotherpists. Such bullshit! Fox brought him to the public eye only to mock him. Micheal Shermers just as bad as spaulding and klass. Arse heads.

  • This is my honest opinion our solar system is small and tiny in comparison to the universe so i honestly think "aliens" are real however i do not think these "aliens" are as advanced as us so i do not believe they have any form of space transport i believe that the "aliens" are just small micro organismes not yet capibile of conciese thought(excuse the spelling) i believe they are like us millions of years ago just small miniscule organisms (as long as you believe in the theory of evolution) ma

  • fUKEN HOST WE COMING AFTER YOU BITCH COVERING UP THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS MAN, FUCK THE SHWO FUCK THE GOVERMAN SOON AREA 51 WILL GET A BLOW, THAT THIS WORLD WILL NEVER FORGET!

  • FUCK THE GOVERMENT FUCK AREA 51 THIS MAN IS TELLING THE TRUTH FUCK THE SHWO FUCK THEM ALLLL! LIKE IF YOU BELIEVE IN THIS MAN I TUELY DO BELIEVE IN HIM! FUCK THE SYSTEM

  • @MarioakaJoker area 51 was a military base that staged the launches of spy aircraft missions involving the U2 and SR-71 blackbird's prototype. its not surprising that people would be suspicious about top secret military aircraft at a top secret military base

  • The government made it say false

  • he should have said, " ask me if i was abducted by aliens then i'll answer your question"

  • Trick question??????....or Government said to destroy his reputation on the show....to keep him quiet for now on......hey it could happen!!!!!

  • The actual question about him being abducted should have been question 21, not 15. They must've LOVED to screw this guy over.

  • @SonicRulez1515

They don't want to GIVE the 100,000 away.

  • Lol this show is BS...I bet the producers were paid by "Skeptic" magazine...

  • @Acoontey You are right!

  • @MastaThug212 dude he is dead dick

  • Wow this was a bigger let down than berney Mac....

  • @ Nem0Meg: Yeah I agree. Our solar system is only a speck in the vastness of the universe. It would be dumb to think we are all alone.

  • I think it's conceded of us to think we're the only life beings in the universe

  • RIGGED they just dont want to give $100,000 away

  • Oh well ... I am sure he sold a few more books out of it.

  • Set up, the govt ,made them say false

  • Show makes no sense

  • 4:23 These bitches must like alcohol

  • I totally believe him. I've read the book. Ive seen the movie. I believe him.

  • proof that this is fake: if he had the last question right he would have continued, but if he had it right the rest of the show would be pointless because we would all know that he did really get capted by aliens

  • No no no no way omg

  • This show is stupid. This is the first episode I've watched. Firstly, I think it's horrible to exploit a family's hardest emotions on national television just to make money. That aside, secondly, I do think this show is rigged. A quick Google search just told me this show was on air for only a little over a year. I'm glad Fox took this shit off of television.

  • I think this was a trick.

Maybe he was abducted on November,SIXTH,1875

    XD

(But really,I think this was rigged, like a lot of you think.)

  • I feel like they set him up for that.

  • I wonder what would of happened if they were to ask him the rest of the questions? And what if they were true? Then what?

  • I'm not trying to defend the guy much because I would have to know him and his story a lot more to believe or not believe, but it is true, polygraphs are never 100% and in any case whatsoever they CAN be wrong. Not saying that answer was or was not wrong, but it IS possible that that answer is the truth.

  • I believe the man. I mean, how could he ever answer all those questions and have that last question False? It's rigged. Completely. Every single espied like this ends the same. What a crock of shit!

  • "The moment of truth will continue."

    "The moment of truth continues."

  • Every single person who tried to go all the way gets scammed like this. Seriously. The best example of this was the woman who was asked, "Do you think you're a good person?" Now how the fuck can you justify and prove that? You can't. SCAMMER ALERT!

  • @IndomitusLupus Lol ? She wasnt a good person :P

  • @HybridD91 yea asshole, i have heard of lying. they didn't have enough evidence to prove OJ was a murderer, but he still is. if he's liar then he's a liar,if he's not then he's not. i don't think he's lying from what i saw. dick.

  • ** sorry, i meant question 15

  • why did the host of the show have a spiel about how 'intense' the 12th question was going to be - he didn't do it for any other question ... as though he knew the contestant was going to answer it incorrectly ...

    i call bullshit.

  • 10:00 "now this is a $100,000 question, you have $25,000 guaranteed. Regardless of what happens I want to thank you for your time with us... "

hmmmmm .... me thinks maybe something shady be afoot o.O' ...

Also notice the magnitude of the question ! IT COULD ONLY EVER BE THE FINAL QUESTION ... WHAT COULD POSSIBLE FOLLOW IT? ...

  • the gov prolly set him up......

  • I always get nervous when asked something...i would tell the truth to the polygraph and it would prolly say im lying...i hate being under pressure even when telling the truth

  • Bullshit, Right before the 100,000 as well ay? This show is rigged.

  • also, this game show make no fucking sense.

how on fucking earth is it possible for Travis to answer 5:45 truthfully, without truthfully believing that he was abducted?!?!?

it makes NOOOO sense that the last question was answer falsely. how could he have wished that one of his coworkers were abducted instead of himself, if he were never abducted in the first place???? WTF!!!

  • @parmejoncheese Ever heard of lying? People do it quite often, that is until someone asks for evidence and he has none.

  • i really do think he's telling the truth.

you can tell by how his reactions to answering every question, the type of personality travis seems to have, the way his son describes him, and his reaction to the computer bitch saying it was false.

i really dont think you would get that type of reaction if he was expecting it to say he was lying.

  • @parmejoncheese agree 100%

  • michael shermer is useless. Typical kook

  • So it was true that he believed that he was abducted as asked earlier, but FALSE that he was abducted..THAT"S THE SAME QUESTION. THIS SHOW IS CRAP.

  • @jessegoirn youre absolutely right!

  • @jessegoirn it's abducted by alien vs abducted by some shit he doesn't know

  • @jessegoirn No, the first time he was asked if he "believed" he was abducted, the second time he asked if he was "physically" abducted.

  • @RosettaStoned06 But this is the same question. He doesn't know if he was physically abducted, all he can rely on is what he believes. So when he is asked 'were you abducted' all he can comment on is what he believes. The only reason I can come up with for why he would have legitimately failed the last question is because all of the doubt he must face from people not believing him which ultimately makes him doubt himself. The important thing is what he believes happened to him.

  • @RosettaStoned06 chances are the show is bullshit, like most television nowadays. Anything for a buck.

  • @jessegoirn True, you do make a valid point, doubt can be a powerful force sometimes

  • @RosettaStoned06 Yet it's a lie detector test, not a magical test that can go back in time, see what happened, and show whether is actually happened. It's the same question...so therefore, unless the test messed up, they rigged it...

  • @jessegoirn not really dude.........

  • @jessegoirn so he thinks he was abducted, but wasnt, lol

  • Comment removed

  • hahahahahaha this show is a crock of shit hahahahahahahaahahahha

  • His friend at the end "awe man, this is what you were afraid of huh"

  • Yankees are dumb.

  • Pfft yeah right! :P

I have evidence that i watched this video, BUT i have never watched this video! That is...reasonable -_-

  • Este programa es un fraude!!!

  • Loony...

  • Gotta love the government.

  • THIS IS BULLCRAP!

  • Reductio ad absurdum

  • What people don't get about this show is your body and mind could totally wonder off to something you have never even thought of considering you never know truthfully what your thinking that's why people believe these shows are fake but there not if it was just about saying true or false so easily people would win all the time....

  • ok. do you have evidence that you were abducted? - yes ....True

were you abducted? yes. false.....yeah, that makes sense...

  • How can he answer all those other questions true, but miss the one? Dosen't make any sense. Have u been caucasian your whole life?-Yes. Are u white?-No. Wtf?

  • Why did they give him money anyway!?!?!? They must have felt sorry for fucking him out of the truth by sabatoging the last question and making it a false answer.

  • this is classic. the audience is unreal.

  • I read the book "Fire In the Sky" It seemed like total bullshit cheesy fake as hell now I know the truth. He was doing it for the money :)

  • yeah, i dont see how anyone could get a question "wrong" lol

  • roflll down to earthh

  • He answered low and softly. He naturally looked quite relieved when it came up false.

  • "my dads a down to earth guy" lol 1:33

  • Notice how he never changes his posture in any of the questions. He stays calm on every question even the one he they say he got wrong.

He doesn't fold his arms, he doesn't raise his voice in anyway.

When you tell someone shocking news the expression of shock on the persons face lasts for about 2 seconds max. The shocked look on his face on that last question is about 2 seconds. If it was more then that he's trying to convince people that he didn't lie He told the truth on the last question.

  • Having watched a couple of these episodes I am not sure what the network which commissioned this was thinking, but as the US TV Networks are all about ratings, this must have been a ratings winner. People go on these type of shows thinking they are going to get an easy USD 200,000. I wonder if they had any idea of what was actually going to happen to them; I suppose winning lots of cash makes up for ruining your life...

  • It's a fucking T.V. show. Of course they're going to make him look like he's full of shit just for ratings. People are fucking sheep and like to believe what they saw on T.V. That's it.

  • I think the **probable** reason is that once he disappeared (witnessed by all 6 others) ::: HE DOESN'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

That's why everything around it--before & after--is confirmed as TRUE. His memories are a mess, right down to a deep level.

  • Casey Anthony should be on this show

  • @Americastar90 agreed

  • @dare172 you know, i think your absolutly right.

  • The other questions already proved that he was telling the truth.

  • This show was rigged. How can he answer every answer truthfully reg. the situation and have that one false? I'm not saying it's true or not but what would he have to gain or lose? Guess we will never know for sure...

  • i think it was rigged so no one would believe him. imagine if it were prooved to be true how the government couldnt cover up anymore. a truthfull answer would have caused chaos among the people.

  • I believe in life in out of space, i believe they may be watching us, i believe the government is holding info from us..

I dont believe in the "energy" thing however and thats enough for me not to believe it.

  • Simply, I believe his story. I myself have seen a UFO and know they are real. The craft, I saw, was an approximate distance of one hundred fifty feet from my position. It was roughly thirty feet across, eight feet high, and had multicolored lights rotating clockwise around the center. It hovered roughly thirty feet above the ground and made no noise. It was nothing I have ever seen before or since.

  • :[__________}

  • Lol , the audience's "Oooooo !" are soo annoying ! ><

  • This illustrates how we are susceptible to our own beliefs. The guy is no different from some god fearing person or a child who believes in Santa. We convince ourselves that our own imagination is reality, especially if others can imagine similar flights of fancy or we face traumatic events or realizations. Do some reading on the evolution of imagination. There's some compelling arguments on the evolutionary advantages our imagination has given us. Get educated, not just opinionated.

  • I'm no facial expert, but boy did he look shifty when he was waiting for the answer.

  • The end of this show with its "surprise" at the end is why he failed the final question.. He got nervous, and had his adrenaline pumping from being confronted by a debunker on air.

Travis is an honest man.... He is telling the truth... If you can't see thru the set up here by this show then you are an idiot.

  • this is so tragic that is actually weird... i mean, really? 26 minutes of TRUE answers about the abduction and then false at the last 2 mins? its like saying:

did u like it when u lived in london? -yes -true

have u lived in london for more than 20 years? -yes -true

did u live with ur parents when u was a child in london? -yes -true

have u ever lived in london? -yes (eeerrrr, duh??) -false..

this whole show is fake, no matter who the contestant is.

  • absolutely. this show just goes on and on with the same 10 questions.

why would he go on this show and put himself and family under this stress.

  • 14:05 1-handed back pat, "don't worry about it.", nervous laugh, back away. And then he realized his friend is hiding something.

  • OMG - this is very funny...

  • Honestly In my opinion, We are living beings in the universe. Why can't there be other life out there also? I just think the other life can reach into our solar system because they are far more advanced than us.

  • wait a minute?!?! is this the guy in that one movie fire in the sky, its was right out of the movie, guy gets out of car, shows off and gets abducted!

  • @juki0h Correct, that movie was based on his story.

  • his daughter is hot, lol

  • i was really hoping it was true.....i dunno what to believe now....those other questions seemed legit, but I guess he is so go-hung on keeping his story up after the years....and for people saying the show screwed him, i dunno bout that right there cuz you'd think they wanted that answer to be true for ratings...

  • cool story bro

  • i think the reason it was either one of those government acts, or the fact that he was so excited the he set off the machine cuz i mean being you can get the same amount of nervousness from being truthful or lying

  • how could he wish a coworker was abducted instead of himself if he were not really abducted? He also passed the question about evidence and also the original lie detector test that was administered by the Sheriff's office when he first made the claim. I call bullshit on the show. If he passed that question do you think they were going to air it and pay him? I doubt it, it's just way too controversial for the show to want to be involved in.

  • I could make up a story and go there and tell the truth without giving a shit and win money.

  • I believe

  • And somewhere, Philip J. Klass is laughing...

  • This is bullshit. They fucked him over on the last question to save some buck. I think he's telling the truth, every other question was relevant to the same topic and was proven that he was correct, but to get to the most blunt question to be proven wrong. Such bullshit, that man deserves the money he should earned.

  • Maybe he meant as in the evidence in the facts laid out in the show and over the years, but was nervous because there is no physical evidence to support it, other than a shared experience.

  • I think he just got screwed over. All his previous questions were true so... it doesnt make sense at all that his answer was false..

  • @megaman9990 ....my words exactly...how can he answer truthfully all the other questions about being abducted and this one which relates TOTALLY to all of the other questions about his abduction be considered false...the show was paid to make him false.

  • In saying all of this,i really don,t know what to believe, has Travis made up this story for whatever reasons or is he really telling the truth and he was abducted,it,s such a tough one to call.

I,m really 50/50 on this one!.
