Its an 35mHZ transmitter, 40mHZ will work also but an 2,4GHz will absolutely not.

How lower the Freq the better.

And the nearby model airfield is about 40km away, I now that, because I'm a model pilot also, 7 model planes I have.

But your totally right its illegal on a surface craft.

The Gato Sub I'm presently building will get a 40MHz set.

how do you know there isn't some guy flying in a field outside? i am also a model flyer with planes and helicopters and i would be incredibly pi**ed off if some 'reckless' person caused it to crash, however with the advent of 2.4ghz about half of modellers use 2.4ghz now, its a shame about not being able to use it in subs

825 cc water takes the dive tank, total capacity.

To remain on the same depht about 80 cc less, the dive tank is proportionel adjustable so I can adjust it.

i meant i can fully switch from dynamic dive mode from fully surfaced mode by fluching or pumping excess ballast on surface?

Yes you can go to compleet surfaced mode, and go sinking or hovering at any depth to a max of 1,8 meters depth, because there will kick in the save mode and the sub will not sink deaper.

Crash depht will be at 6 meters but there are stories of sucsesful recoveries vrom 15 meters or deaper.

SANYO do an underwater camera you can only go 1.5 meters but i think that would be enough for this sort of filming.Its called XACTI 6mega pix. hope this helps you,ive got one nice wee camera.

Its not an underwater camera hes in a veiwing sort-of hall where he can veiw it through a glass wall seperating him from the water. Proff is no one can hold their breath that long and voices dont travel clearly through water.
