I think the reason I like NIN and their live performances so much is because they represent a primal area that we've all been in that doesn't get enough attention, and I can imagine myself up on the stage doing what they're doing. I don't know how he did it but he found a way to touch nerves.

@bullsfan93 They did! Nine Inch Nails was all the rage in 1994 (post-Cobain) and 1995. When Trent Reznor brought Marilyn Manson into the scene after the "Smells Like Children" EP, then the spotlight went to Marilyn Manson for all of 1996.

In theory, I would probably disappear, because even going back in time to woodstock '94, I wasn't even born yet! Plus, also in theory, a time machine wouldn't be able to go back farther than when it was made. So, sorry to burst your bubble. @metalirocz28 actually woodstock (the town) kicked them out, so they went to elliot's hotel, and he hooked them up with max yasgar.. that movie "taking woodstock" tells the story pretty well..(white lake NY is where it was) :)
