what i don't understand is how iracing does not want sector times or split times on screen because it is not realistic. yet they have that stupid arcade mirror in the center of the screen. yet... AI and ghost cars like gtr2 is considered not realistic LOL @ that arcade mirror. sorry it just seems hypocritical?.
@mindadventurer Get a grip fella. You can have sector times/splits on screen if you want, and the virtual mirror is completely optional..and quite frankly very handy for those of us with smaller monitors who use a low FOV. You look like just another iRacing hater looking for something to moan about to make you feel better about the crappy "sims" you're driving.
@StuTheMoose never just assume what people do or don't do.idiots make assumption's when they have no facts they make things up. I would make a bet I have played more race titles then you have and most likely own more race titles in my 30 years of racing on consoles and pc's. Not to mention I have every controller and wheel under the sun or have owned them over the years so many that I most likely could open my own internet shop just to sell them off. I played iracing extensively.
@mindadventurer If you've played iRacing so extensively then you'd know that you can have split times on and the virtual mirror off. So what was your point exactly?

Yet it has virtual mirrors that people like you will chastise other race games for implementing. I would loose nothing to a internet know it all who really knows nothing. @mindadventurer Wrong again buster. I wouldn't chastise any sim for having virtual mirrors when you cant see the real mirrors from the FOV you use. In fact I'd say a virtual mirror is essential in that case. We can agree on something. iRacing is far from perfect. I drove it in beta as well, so I'm well aware of the progress it has made, but it's still way off of living up to the hype.
As for "know who you're talking to".. You appear to have an over inflated sense of importance.
