@FutureGeneral20 world in conflict is the best rts and it's set arround 1989-1990 but with the modern warfare mod it is set in 2010 with all modern weapons :) (i know your comment is 5 months old but maybe you didnt try wic yet lol)

@FutureGeneral20 lol i didn't know that wic was on the xbox :P but if you can go on internet on the xbox and download stuff from sites then you ca download a mod, but i dont know if you can install it because you can't go into the game files on the xbox

@FutureGeneral20 there are programs to read console gamefiles on your pc when you put the cd in, but dunno what it's called anymore.. i used it to mod gta san andreas on the ps2 and i'm sure it works for xbox360 too :) maybe then you can install the modern warfare mod into wic on you xbox and have fun with it :P but if you screw up, your game wont work anymore so there is a big risk.

there are 2 campaigns. eastern front and western front. in the western front u play as the allies and in the eastern front u play as the germans. the game takes place in 1944

your wrong... without brits and americans u cant enter berlin that easy... they striped the nazi for u to take it down-_- so actually not only the soviets.... T90's is the best tank but it can easily shot down by nazi planes.. americans and the brits did all the part in the air and u did on the ground and they bombed factories and supply.. by the way you have more casualties than the nazis.. i think number is better than strategies^^

@darkj3am How old are you pal? T90's? Shot down by nazi planes? Don't make me laugh! Most of nazi luftwaffe was lost on Eastern front not on Western, The same with major battles in WWII. Who cares about Tobruk or Alamein if you couldn't beat nazi on continet? It is quite easy to stay away from the front and SELL supplies to Soviet ally. It's much more difficult to destroy nazi war machine, defeat their elite SS divisions and raise national flag on top of Reichstag! Soviet Union did it, not you!

You are wrong. The luftwaffe lost about 485,000 men during 39-45, and about 80% of them were lost on the western front. Just think about the major airbombing campaigns by the west allies, forcing german luftwaffe pilots to engage them, day and night from 43-45. Ive even read that when pilots were sent to the russian front, they saw it more or less like an vecation because the lack of harsh resistance.

@oherregud Except in 1944 to 1945 the German front in the East was being smashed by the soviets. You and drhitler are both right - at the beginning of operation Barbarossa, German's saw fighting in the eastern front as easy - there was very little resistance. This changed, however, as Germans gained more ground in Russia - they outran their supply trains, meaning very limited resources. Towards and during the battle of Stalingrad, soldiers would not have seen the eastern front as a 'vacation'.

Well there wasnt really much on regards to blitzkrieg like campaigns in the far east. This game seems to try to simulate the blitz in itself, armor at the front followed by infantry and supported by aircraft.
