Who cares if the hand touched, though I don't think it did. He did an amazing run. He is not a bad person. He takes care of this family. He may have bailed on one Make a Wish kid but he went to Stratton after the Olympics and did a Make a Wish encounter. He then dropped out of the US Open contest due to exhaustion. There can be many reasons to change plans. There are many pressures on celebrities and they don't always make the decisions. He may not have even known about it.

Too bad he's such a tool. Did you know there was a kid from the make a wish foundation who wanted to meet him at the grand prix in 2008 and he balled on the kid. Good thing the other pros aren't d-bags and they kicked it with the little guy. it dosent matter what any of you think, that run that he had just done was that great it didnt matter if any of the tricks were sketchy or not, he earnt the perfect score fair and square, he done one trick that only 2 ppl on earth can do and one other trick that nobody on earth can do and put them together. the day all you haters lay down this run or even half of this than you can have a say!!!

it doesn't matter if his hand touched or not, it still shouldn't be a perfect 100. there's definitely ways he could have improved it, so how does that run get the best score you can possibly get if it's not the best run that could ever be thrown down?
