Vexel is a term to those who distort or change oixels to another form like that, you turn tweety to another form(cartoon). and for a simple stupidity of your's, this is not a tutorial, and there are lots of videos better than this.

This is not a "vector" tutorial.

A vector image should be scaleable - ie. using the path tools & exporting to Adobe Illustrator, Flash or similar vector program.

(or preferably doing the entire job within Illustrator from start to finish)

At this point you are righ ... sorry for the spped of the movie but it was too long so i speed it up a bit. But you can pause the movie where you want and i supose you have a bit of knolege about photoshop when looking at my movie ...
