@shyynee thats just not the way the British Army works. Sandhurst produces the finest military Officers in the world and the no one in the army disagrees with its toughness, even an RSM understands (occasionally) that a 2Lt has gone through a lot to get his Commission. The system is designed to be like that for many reasons, too many to go into, and it works, just because someone is a 'toff', doesn't make them a bad leader.

Nice chaps, except their military leaders and politicians. I guess, the Afghan leaders are smarter than the guys the west can muster. It's a pity.

good hard soldiers who represent the best of Britain...the British Army is obviously in good hands...pity those at the top dont understand that to keep cutting back is going to cause untold damage to the one of the best armies in the world. Proud has fuk of these men!!!!

@evrocks012 What about the ones who they fight? Dont you think they r also brave? These men fight either for money or for 'the thrill'. But the real heroes are the ones who fight for what they believe in. their way of life. Their land. with zero compensation. It;s a pity that only the people with cams get noticed. But that's the truth.
