The memories... tear!

The little mermaid always reminds me of when my grandaddy was still alive. I was a little girl and we went and ate Captain D's and he told me that if I don't stop putting so much malt vinegar on my fish then I would turn into a mermaid. You best believe I smothered my fish with that stuff ever since!

I am so thankful that i was born in 94, sure i missed the 80s (which really sucks), but i got to grow up in the Disney Renaissance (that is what the 89-99 period was called). I will never forget the little mermaid, the beauty and the beast, alladin, Hercules, Pocahontas, Mulan and Tarzan (and the rest of the fantastic renaissance classics), they will forever be in my heart, and i'l make sure that my kids grow up with that too, instead of that shit they make today (both movies and music).

The First Time I Saw This , When My Family Went To The Lake I Pretended I Was A Mermaid. That's What I Wanted To Be Up Until I Was Like Ten. XD

before i listened to this track,i was waking in gutter drunk, smelly and i didnt know where my life was going, then i had an epiphany about what i needed to do, i needed to become a mermaid and show people that would be a great under water half human creature, i have adapted over many years and now i am merman - protector of the sea

@patch102693 Most Disney movies, if not all, are based off of actual stories. Take Cinderella for example. This story was based off of the story by the Brothers Grimm. Disney plans on making another movie based off a book soon, and is expected to be animated. Classics also take TIME to develop into classics, even if they're not your favorite movie.
