I seem to be the lone voice with the following POV: Tastee was within its rights to stop ANY couple from such a lingering and overt PDA. I'm stil so pissed about this, the original incident and then Tastee's response, including the unbelievable description posted with this video. I was expecting so much worse from these ladies and all I saw were two tired patrons leaning on each other and being close, like you would hope any loving couple would be. I was in the airport in Denver last month and a straight couple was on the floor RIGHT NEXT to the gate, the woman straddled the man VERY INAPPROPRIATELY and they frenched kissed in broad daylight in front of kids where everyone could see--disgusting. Watching this again, that manager's behavior was digusting---he obviously said something to them the first time he hovered by them, then it looks like he basically went over by them for 2-3 minutes until they would leave. I did look at the surveillance video, and there is ABSOLUTELY nothing inappropriate about what was going on in that picture....they were actually by appearances doing nothing but a very sweet and loving embrace....the reason it looks like "face in breasts" is because one is seated and the other is standing, but there was absolutely nothing sexual about the embrace, and insinuations otherwise appear, to me, to be based on nothing but good ol' fashioned homophobia.

wow, this video doesn't prove that they were being inappropriate at all. The video looks quite grainy for one and easily the woman could of been resting her head on her date's chest or her shoulder because the woman who was standing seems relatively short. Also, it was late so it could of easily been her saying I'm tired and was resting her head on her date. Ultimately, this video doesn't prove they were being over the top with their PDA and I probably won't be coming back to this diner!

That video is a pretty feeble attempt. It's too distant and grainy to make anything out really, but as far as I can see it appears that the one woman was not "burying her face in the breasts" of the other, but just resting her head briefly on her chest.

It's a blurry video, but it looks to me like there could be reasonable cause for the manager to ask them to "tone it down". I've seen straight couples reprimanded for similar behavior.
