i feel your pain..i stepped on a 3 inch nail that was in a board at my local city dump while i was unloading trash,it went through the bottom my shoe and out the top of my foot,but not through the top of my shoe.i had to pull it out at the dump by my self.i didnt go see the doctor tell 3 days later,my foot was so badly infected,they gave me meds and a shot.the feeling i was having while it was healing was like my foot was on fire and the cramping you get in your toes when swimming,but times 10,
