@Happyskateboarding Thanks for the advice. I've been trying to do some research on the different neighborhoods in Lowell. Which would you say are the "safest"? Hopefully my year there will be as good as yours.
@tborda11 Most importantly move to a safer area. Obviously don't be out by yourself late at night. Go downtown and try all the great places to eat, there really is good cuisine here. Get involved, there are things to do in downtown. I've been here for a year and I love it.
