You obviously, have never felt the power of a live, show such as one of these, first hand & and I could safely assume you've never learned an musical instrument of any kind because if you hade and you did you would soon find out that the colour don't matter. I can confirm this did not die 20 years ago! This song is from the 2006 album Pure Cane Sugar by Sugarman 3. Thank god for Daptone Records keeping funk and soul alive and kickin' to this day!
I saw them play live at the Plymouth Academy years ago. Bought their CD after the show, totally brill! PS, if you like this sort of stuff, check out Keb Darge's Legendary deep funk volumes 1 to 3 on the BBE label
